Let’s tackle food contamination risks together,

from farm to fork

June 5th – 7th

London Professional Training Centre has diligently maintained food safety standards by providing comprehensive training and certification to various food handlers, including caterers, manufacturers, mixologists, and distributors of farm, raw, cooked, and packaged food. This initiative aims to reduce the incidence of illnesses and diseases directly and indirectly caused by unsafe food handling processes resulting from a lack of knowledge.

This year, we are hosting a free workshop to commemorate World Food Safety Week from the 5th – 7th of June 2024.

  • On the 5th, a road show to three major food markets in Lagos State where we would sensitize them on the keys to safer food.
  • On the 6th, we would prepare attendees via webinar, trend the event more on social media.
  • On the 7th, this is the main event day where we would be accommodating a thousand physical participants while hosting over 4-5million participants across major social media platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) There would also be a talk show where we would have stakeholders share their experience in the food industry.
    •

This event aims to foster knowledge-sharing and provide practical training on safe food handling.

Through this workshop, we aim to achieve the following objectives:

  • Raise awareness about the importance of Food Safety and its impact on public health.
  • Empower participants with practical skills and knowledge to identify and mitigate food safety risks.
  • Foster collaboration and dialogue among stakeholders in the food industry, including producers, regulators, and consumers.
  • Promote compliance with food safety regulations and standards set forth by regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC.
