We worked with the Federal Medical Centre Bida, Niger state to support in strengthening health system in the Hospital.

STATE HEALTHCARE GAP ANALYSIS.
LPTC secured a grant from the International Health Organisation (IHO) to carry out a free healthcare Gap Analysis in FMC Bida. This project allowed us to fully understand the healthcare challenges, needs and gaps in the hospital and develop evidence-based strategies and healthcare solutions to meet this need..

TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING VISION
We trained over 100 healthcare professionals including doctors and nurses to develop their clinical skills required for a quality healthcare service delivery. We also organised leadership and management training for healthcare managers and leaders in the state.

DONATION AND SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
We secured a grant from the International Health Organization to support in donating medical equipment to the Hospital. Some of these medical equipments includes Dialysis machines, patient monitors, ICU beds, patient trolley, ventilators etc
